1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at ikrfdocs.com (the "Site") or by engaging IKRF Docs for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and IKRF Docs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed typing and photocopying center registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Services

IKRF Docs provides professional typing and photocopying services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Typing Services:
  • Government and official form typing
  • Legal document typing (contracts, affidavits, agreements, power of attorney)
  • Business correspondence typing (letters, NOCs, salary certificates)
  • Application and visa form typing
  • Contract and agreement typing
• Photocopying Services:
  • Standard black-and-white and color photocopying
  • ID, passport, and official document copying
  • Certified copy services for attestation and notarization
  • Bulk and commercial photocopying

The specific scope of services, fees, and turnaround times for each request shall be confirmed at the time of your order or as specified in any written quotation provided to you.

IKRF Docs types documents as directed by clients and does not provide legal advice. For matters requiring legal counsel, we recommend engaging a licensed UAE law firm.

3. Client Obligations

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and legible source information or documents for typing or copying
• Ensure that all documents you bring or send to us are your own or that you have authority to have them typed or copied
• Notify us promptly of any errors in typed documents upon receipt, before submitting them to any authority
• Pay all agreed fees at the time of collection or as agreed in advance
• Ensure that documents submitted for typing or photocopying do not involve fraudulent, forged, or unlawful content
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations

IKRF Docs shall not be liable for any errors arising from illegible, incomplete, or incorrect source material provided by the Client.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the type and volume of work requested. Pricing is confirmed at the time of your request.

4.1 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is due upon collection of completed documents
• For large or pre-ordered jobs, a deposit may be required before work commences
• We accept cash and approved electronic payment methods

4.2 Late Payment

Completed documents will be held until full payment is received. We reserve the right to apply a storage fee for documents uncollected beyond 14 days after completion.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a typing or photocopying request:

• Before work commences: A full refund of any deposit paid will be issued, less an administrative fee of AED 20.
• After work has commenced: You will be charged for work completed to the point of cancellation.
• After completion: No refund will be issued for completed work. If an error was made by IKRF Docs, we will redo the work at no additional charge.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of IKRF Docs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

Documents typed or copied for you as part of our services remain your property upon full payment of all fees due.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the service engagement. IKRF Docs will not disclose your documents or personal information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Documents submitted to us for typing or photocopying will not be retained or copied by IKRF Docs after your service is completed, unless you specifically request otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• IKRF Docs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from errors in documents caused by illegible or incorrect source material provided by the Client
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for rejection of typed documents by government authorities due to changes in requirements, incomplete client information, or authority discretion
• IKRF Docs is not liable for damage to original documents caused by normal photocopying or scanning processes, where standard care has been taken

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IKRF Docs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any UAE law or regulation
• Inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information or documents you have provided to us
• Your use of our services for any unlawful purpose

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
