Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at ikrfdocs.com (the "Site") or by engaging IKRF Docs for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and IKRF Docs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business services firm registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Services

IKRF Docs provides professional business services in the UAE, including but not limited to:

• Business formation and company registration
• PRO services and government liaison
• Visa and immigration processing
• Legal documentation and certified translation
• Tax and financial compliance services
• Trade license renewal and company amendments
• Local sponsorship arrangements

The specific scope of services, timelines, fees, and deliverables for each engagement shall be set out in a written service agreement or quotation provided to the Client.

We act as a facilitator and liaison between clients and UAE government authorities. We do not provide legal advice in the capacity of licensed legal counsel. For complex legal matters, we recommend engaging a licensed UAE law firm.

3. Client Obligations

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents required for service delivery
• Notify us promptly of any changes to information previously provided
• Cooperate fully with reasonable requests from our team throughout the service process
• Pay all agreed fees in accordance with the payment schedule in your service agreement
• Ensure that all documents you provide to us are authentic, genuine, and legally valid
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations relevant to your business activities
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any UAE regulation

You represent and warrant that all information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and not misleading. IKRF Docs shall not be liable for any delays, rejections, or penalties arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are as set out in the service quotation or agreement provided to you. All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable government fees, third-party charges, or VAT.

4.1 Government Fees

Government authority fees, registration fees, visa fees, and any other charges levied by UAE federal or local authorities are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated in your service agreement. These fees are payable by the Client in addition to IKRF Docs service fees.

4.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 50% of the agreed service fee is required before commencement of work
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service or as specified in the service agreement
• Invoices are payable within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed

4.3 Late Payment

We reserve the right to pause service delivery for overdue accounts and to charge interest on outstanding balances at a rate of 1% per month on the overdue amount.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a service engagement:

• Before work commences: A full refund of any deposit paid will be issued, less an administrative fee of AED 200.
• After work has commenced: You will be charged for work completed to the date of cancellation. Deposits may be partially or fully forfeited depending on work completed.
• After submission to government authorities: No refund can be issued once applications have been formally submitted to government bodies on your behalf, as government fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of IKRF Docs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

Documents and materials prepared specifically for you as part of our services belong to you upon full payment of all fees due.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. IKRF Docs will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services, as required by law, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

• IKRF Docs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or the Site
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made by UAE government authorities regarding your applications. Government approvals, rejections, or delays are beyond our control
• We are not liable for changes in UAE law, regulations, or government authority procedures that affect your applications after they have been submitted

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IKRF Docs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any UAE law or regulation
• Inaccurate, false, or fraudulent information you have provided to us
• Your use of our services for any unlawful purpose

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
